At ArtOm_farm™ LEATHER, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product, we will be happy to help with a return or exchange.

1. Return Terms

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange of the product.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

In perfect condition: new, unused, with no signs of wear, damage or alteration.

In the original packaging: with all tags, labels and protective films.

With proof of purchase: an order number or receipt is required.

Important: We do not accept returns on custom-made items or items purchased at a discount if they are marked as "non-returnable".

3. Return Process

To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service via email at info@artomfarmleather.com. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Our team will review your request and provide detailed shipping instructions.

Pack the item carefully in the original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Keep the shipping receipt.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error (for example, if you were sent the wrong item).

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

If all conditions are met, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

The money will be credited to the same payment method you used when placing the order. The crediting time may vary depending on your bank.

5. Exchange of goods

The fastest way to get the right product is to return the current one and then place a new order on our website.

6. Damaged or wrongly shipped goods

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Please take photos of the item and packaging immediately.

Contact us by email at info@artomfarmleather.com within 48 hours of receipt.

We will arrange the return at our expense and offer you a replacement or full refund.
